General characteristics

Super permanent rubber based hot-melt adhesive. Good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and to non-polar surfaces. Designed for applications where very high initial adhesion is required.Excellent behaviour in runnability and labels converting.

The research centre ISEGA, has given the adhesive TT-50 Extreme approval according to the European requirements for direct contact with dry and moist, non-fatty foodstuffs. The adhesive is in compliance with the rules of the Code of Federal Regulations, Food and Drugs (FDA), 21 CFR Ch.I (April 1, 2014 edition), 175.105. According to ghe FDA regulations, the adhesive may come into direct contact with dry food-stuffs or they must be separated from the foods by a functional barrier.

Suitable for printing in Flexography, Offset, Screen and hot-foil.

Shelf life

1 year, under storage conditions as defined by FINAT section 2.5 (20-25ºC, 40-50% RH). Prolonged storage at higher temperatures and/or humidity levels will shorten the shelf life of the product.
